Reiki

Reiki is an ancient healing method that activates your own healing energy and harmonises to body, mind and soul. It helps dissolve emotional and mental blockages, supports you on your inner and spiritual journey and can alleviate physical pain and discomfort.

Intuitive healing

In my healings I let intuition guide the session, and every session can look very different, but I always meet you where you are at. I combine different methods like Reiki, shamanic wisdom, aromatherapy and sound healing.

Sound healing

In sound healing one or more singing bowls of different sizes are placed on and next to the body, or held over the body, and “played” gently. You can experience deep relaxation through the healing vibrations of sound.
